Kyvannet

In collaboration with Oslo Badstuforening, beautiful Kyvannet will be host to three wonderful saunas in our temporary badstuby (sauna village) – a unique opportunity to experience wood-fired saunas in one of the city’s most iconic locations. Sweat to your heart’s content and perhaps take a freezing dip in the lake in a public ice hole (felles badekaret).

Sjøbadet

Sjøbadet is the city’s original swimming club, and now features a permanent sauna, a Trondheim highlight. Sjøbadet will host public saunas throughout the festival with the opportunity for a wonderful sea bath. Many sauna sessions will be guided by leading saunamasters at Kyvannet and Sjøbadet. Expect essential oils and fantastic vibes!

HAVET Arena

HAVET Arena has taken the city by storm with it’s floating saunas and giant sauna on land. During the festival you can enjoy rituals, workshops and lectures on sauna and ice bathing. This is also the place to eat–HAVET has an enourmous restaurant!

Access to the ice hole (felles badekar) at Kyvannet is always free!
